Personality: Cinder, like most stallions, has a personality with two sides to it. When you first meet him, he's observant and the perfect gentleman. He makes an effort to get to know you and he appears to be an incredibly polite stallion. But, with a personality like that, where is he going to go? So, instead of being perfectly polite all the time, he changes after you get to know him. If he loves you, you'll be cherished. He'll die protecting those who he considers are his and he's not afraid to be openly affectionate with those special equines. If he likes you, he'll treat you with the utmost respect. There may be times when he'll be stern but he'll try his best not to be rude to his friends. If he dislikes you, be prepared for a temper that may or may not be blown into a flame. He keeps a hold of his temper but, occasionally, his control slips.
History: Cinder has had - what he would call - an uneventful life. He was the baby of his little wandering family and was a bit of a late bloomer. Because he was the smallest, his two older brothers picked on him without mercy, causing Cinder's temper to spark. Even though he loved his family, he left them as soon as he could to escape the damaging teasing his brothers inflicted on him. Because of his family, he shaped himself into the horse he wanted to be.
Like his father, he is incredibly courageous and ready to lead. He knows how to make hard decisions while keeping on a calm appearance. Like his mother, he is a natural with foals and no stranger to affection. While some of his friends may shy away from being publicly affectionate, Cinder embraces i. Because of his sister, he's comfortable with females and has some knowledge on how to handle them. Because of her, he knows how to be charming while remaining genuine. And, finally, he learned what not to do because of his brothers. He learned to watch after the small and weak, to be polite, and to gain control of his temper.
He has mostly wandered and come close to settling down once or twice. Those heartbreaking stories, however, are what Cinder considers a given with life. He has cared and lost, fought and bled, but he keeps moving because he knows that, eventually, he'll find what he wants. And, hopefully, you aren't in the way.
