Personality: Ceci has a personality that is evenly mixed between her father and her mother. She is carefree and in tune with the world around her much like a hippie. She is laid back and doesn't seemed to get fired up unless it's absolutely necessary such as threats to her life or the life of ones close to her. She tries to constantly keep up an optimistic attitude no matter the situation, this also means she tries to stay away from negativity. She is protective of those she holds dear to her and will step up to protect them. She normally doesn't like fighting, she would rather settle things by talking, but she will fight if it is necessary. Ceci is kind, caring, and compassionate. She is nothing but nice towards others and is more then willing to put others needs before her own. She is also rather mature for her age, she has been since she was little. She is overall easy to get along with and good company to keep.

History: Born at the end of Castro's reign over Sleepy Hallow, Cecily was born during a rough time for Castro. Life wasn't all that bad, mostly quiet her first year of life. Her mother and Castro didn't have the closest of relationships, but Ceci knew they cared for each other. She loved her father and was upset to see him towards rock bottom, with all that happened within the last few years her father was smothered by the cloud of grief and despair, her and her mother tried their best to up his spirits. He had been a loving and caring father, never harsh nor vary strict. In her second year of life her father disappeared from MUSTANG. Elvira never told Ceci whether he had warned her or not, but both were concerned. The two of them traveled, left MUSTANG to explore new waters and to find Castro. By the start of her third year her mother was stolen from her by a large stallion in lands outside of MUSTANG. Before being separated they had discussed what would happen if this situation arose and Ceci stepped right into the plan of action. Retracing their path from the last year and arrived back in MUSTANG in the fall of Year ten. Now that it's winter she searches for some sort of connection here in MUSTANG. She had heard the rumors of the return of her father and searches for him.
