Personality:

Far from the brightest of sweet young things, the filly known as Colette is - to but a blunt tip upon it - rather dim. Trusting to a fault and almost recklessly eager to slake her overabundant curiosity, this little lady is as apt to follow a complete stranger as she is a friend, something that's led her into more than one sticky spot. From entertaining a bevy of excited bachelors for a time before a narrow escape to nearly drowning while crossing a river that was far swifter than she'd thought; Lettie embraces each adversity as a new adventure, plugging along doggedly despite danger or the (rare) second thought.

As if to temper her almost stupid sense of unabashed curiosity, Colette pushes herself to make the best of any situation, charming hearts and forming whatever alliances she may. Her blatant disregard for self-preservation can offend some, but more often than not her glib openness renders her likable. With her tendency to trust readily comes an equal readiness to forgive those who've wronged her. After all, in her little globe spun of silken lace and curiosity, no one could ever have truly ill intentions, could they?

History:

Wanderlust is as much a part of Colette's history as anything else. Her parents were loners, Nicola and Shai, the offspring of a long-disbanded harem. They'd chosen to stick together, wandering hither and yon as the wind carried them. They guarded each others' backs, staying free of all but the loosest ties to the harems outside of MUSTANG. As is the normal order of things, Shai ended up pregnant in due time, and gave birth to Colette without the assistance of fellow mares. Small and relatively frail though she was, little Lettie survived well in the rough-and-tumble life of wandering that she'd been born into. Her parents' ways of going whichever way they fancied in a given moment - and their encouragement of her curiosity - helped her to grow into the wayward young mare she is now.

Eventually her wanderings brought her to MUSTANG, the region she'd heard whispers of from the time of her wobbliest steps. Thirsty for adventure and the thrill of meeting new faces and new places, Colette has flung herself once more into what's bound to be an adventure.

What do you suggest we do next/improve?: Organizing information a little better might help - the sheer number of harems is also a little overwhelming/confusing at first, so perhaps reorganizing them would help?
