Personality:
Laurel is a spunky little pony who loves talking to everyone she meets. Outspoken and curious, she is often deemed a chatterbox by everyone she meets. A spitfire, she isn't afraid to express her opinions to others whether she knows them or not. Despite this lack of reserve, once she has been incorporated into a herd or claimed, she is surprisingly docile due to her upbringing. This abrasiveness is however tempered by a truly nurturing nature and it takes a lot of effort to make her want to physically hurt another equine. The only sure fire way to unleash her rage is when her foals are threatened, but since she doesn't have any of those yet she is quite happy to just skip around smelling the roses and annoying the hell out of everyone she meets.

History:
Laurel was born to a small harem that consisted of her mother, Holly, the lead stallion Alan and two other mares. Holly was a sweet, accommodating, and devoted mare despite not being Alan's favorite and the other two faes often took advantage of her. She would often travel on the outskirts of their group finding an escape from the nagging of the two other mares and it was on one of those days that she came across a roving stag named Alexsandre.

Once Alan discovered them, he quickly ran Alexsandre away and beat Holly back into submission. As soon as Laurel was born it was clear that she was nothing like her mother. Curious and questioning she was like a squirrel on caffeine whom Alan couldn't wait to kick out of his harem.
