Personality:
Klaus is the most complicated of a sort; He never does what is expected of him.  He is still young and confused whenever it comes to life, hopefully that will change as he gets older.  Klaus does have multiple mental illnesses and disorders such as:  Bipolar illness, Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Psychotic episodes.  Whenever he isn't having an "episode" of some sort he is quite the charming guy.  He is suave, charming, and easy-going when it comes to the ladies.  However, he remains hot headed and unwilling to cooperate with any other stallions.  Like any other stallion, he is protective over anything that he claims is his.  But this is where it goes to extremes, if he has a moderate to deep affection towards you he will become extremely obsessed and will not stop until he gets what he wants even if that means harming himself or anyone else.  He does not fully comprehend love or know what it is liked to be loved.

History:
Perhaps his multiple disorders were developed from the stress that was put on him as a foal.  He was born a victim of rape to a mother who didn't want him.  His mother actually tried to kill him when he was born, luckily there was another mare around who stepped in and protected him.  The other mare, who happened to have a foal around the same age as him, took him in.  She didn't fully accept him as one of her own but she did raise him.  His adopted mother was very abusive towards him, if he did not obey her she would punish him.  As soon as Klaus got old enough to survive on his own, his "mother" ran him off.  He wasn't fully prepared for the world, but between being chased numerous times by wolves and cougars and packs of young bachelor stallions he became prepared.  Between the ages of two and three he was a hardcore loner, running from one place to another.  At the age of four he came upon MUSTANG.
