Personality: Because she travels with Viserys, she is oppressed and hushed. She is meek and malleable because of his abusive nature. She is careful with her words and treads situations with the utmost caution. Any moment could set "the dragon" loose. Her spirit is kind, gentle, and generous. Whenever she comes across something new, she can't help but be curious; she is eager to learn and understand what is going on around her. Over time, Dany will grow stronger and more resilient. But, for now, she's timid and pushable.
History: Most equines are proud of their families and histories. Daenerys doesn't know much about her family. Only what she has heard in stories. It was rumored that her father and mother were siblings as well as life-mates. No one confirmed these rumors and, frankly, Dany found herself not caring much. Her father, known as the Mad King, died shortly after Dany was born. He died in a battle that resulted in the Targaryen herd being taken by Aerys' second-in-command. She never knew her mother because Dany's birth ended Rhaella's life.
After her birth, Dany came home to three different men in her family. Aerys was mad and murderous; he soon died and left his three children alone to face the demons he created. Viserys, her older brother, took her and fled the land while Rheagar stayed and fought. Rheagar was killed, of course, leaving Dany with the manipulative creature. The two lived in a place where only a few knew the story behind their bloodline. They stayed on the isle for a year and now they've been wandering. Dany knows that Serys doesn't care about her as a brother should. She is just a piece that Serys can use to gain his throne.
Now, she just wants to find a place where she can be happy and away from the vindictive grasp of Viserys.
