History: Arcturus' story is a simple one. His mother was the lead mare to a large, powerful herd - his father was the king's younger brother. It was, at first, a scandal that the queen had done this, and the lead stallion was of course furious. But he loved his mare, and was a forgiving man, so in time all was forgiven; so long as she never betrayed him again. The brother was not so lucky. He was cast out from the herd and forced to live the life of a bachelor. Little Arcturus was then born, and thus lived the privileged life of a prince until of course he turned three years old. Then he too was chucked out along with several other colts of his age. He became the leader of this small, inexperienced band and for another two years he and his cousins traveled together. At last they split and Arcturus has wandered alone ever since.
