Personality: Seraphim is a mix of many things, few of them ever pleasant. She is incredibly callous, rarely taking notice of the suffering of others. More often than not, she is usually the one causing the suffering. Tell her of your troubles, and she won't even bother to feign interest; rather, she'll often try to twist things to make it seem it was all your fault, or blatantly tell you she doesn't care.
Seraphim has an obsessive way about handling her relationships with others. She is aggressive and controlling, having to have her way with everything or she'll do everything she can to 'punish' you. Prone to jealousy, she won't hesitate to hurt another mare if she suspects a stallion she fancies is more taken with her, or insist that he never even speak to her again. She sees herself as a queen, and believes whole heartedly that any stallion she likes should treat her as such.
Treating her as a 'queen', in her eyes, means catering to her vanity and over indulgent lifestyle. Seraphim is the most beautiful mare around, after all, and everyone around her should grovel before her, just for a glance or a soft word. She sees it as her right to lay claim to anyone that catches her eye, but that those who feel she should be confined to just themselves are in no position to keep her away from the rest of the world.
As such, Seraphim typically picks up the reputation as a wicked, self absorbed harlot. To be blunt, she enjoys sleeping around. Should she conceive any offspring, however, she's incredibly negligent. She might stick around with the foal's father until it is born, but shortly there after is likely to vanish, leaving her young to be cared for by someone with more time and concern. After all, being as beautiful as she is can be such tiring work.
History: From day 1, Seraphim craved attention. She did anything and everything she could to keep the spotlight on herself. When she was young, the acts were innocent enough. But as she got older and filled out more into her body, the same old song and dance she used didn't have the effect it use to. So she watched, and waited, learning offhand from the older mares looking for strong, capable stallions. Seraphim didn't want the long term relationship part. She saw how many mares were left aside after their first foal, their stallions constantly bringing in new, younger, fresher faces to carry his children. No, Seraphim wanted to be the one they all wanted, but could never truly have. The one that left them on their knees, begging for more, giving her everything she ever needed or wanted, only for her to run off when they had nothing left but their hearts to offer.
By the time she was 3, however, her little 'games' had left almost everyone in the valley she had been born and raised in heart broken or full of hate towards her. She would have been fine with that, if some of the mares hadn't begun to grow violent with her. Why stick around and risk ruining perfection? So she left, leeching off the young and naïve stallions who fell so desperately in love with her as she went, only to come to Mustang, for the time being.
