freedom aren't we allowed to accept characters regardless? Like, we can say that the image can't be used since the photos aren't stock photos, but wouldn't the character still be accepted?

Yeah we can accept the character, you're right, but we can't just accept the character and not stop the photo, it's easiest to uphold both rules at the same time so that you can make sure it gets done (: If that makes sense :P

So Nyxcatti, you're character is accepted then, just make sure that you get free photo stock to make a manip of Atlas! You can look for some good free stock on Deviant Art and post in the Graphics Board if you would like (:
