Personality: Neel is a happy go lucky colt. He is open with friends and polite with strangers. He is less likely to start a fight and more likely to start a conversation and try and smooth things over.

History: Neel was raised in a roaming herd of mixed up breeds. They all cared for the foals and each other. Neel is full of love due to this but felt the need to explore on his own so he left the herd and headed west towards Mustang to rosa it's lands and maybe create his own herd.
