Personality: Strong, impatient, nonchalant, impervious, brash, crude, pessimistic, caring, abrasive.
History: Born from a deal made between her mother and father, Fell never felt the warmth of a familial embrace. As a result of this mild emotional-neglect she became a hard, cantankerous character; bottling up the issue of her sexuality and writhing in her directive anger. Leaving Cattail Lake to escape the haunts of her childhood, Fell grew up alone, and as she turned three(?) she was involved in a run in with Riptide, one of her father's greatest enemies. He raped her. The boy was born, and she named him Hikaru; though he was sickly, frail and defected. Though Fell never truly accepted the child, he grew on her, and when one morning she woke to find his body cold and lifeless, it hit her hard. Leaving Mustang, she wandered alone trying to find some answers. Now she has returned, if only to torture herself with the bitter memories of yesterday.
